The Scorecard© is a self assessment survey taken by the individual parents. The Scorecard© is written so that the co-parents will assess their current status and their goal or desired status on a 1-12 numerical scale.

This parent has an extremely toxic relationship with the co-parent and sees no potential for improvement. These families are in need of help but may be resistant to any kind of change. This is a very high conflict system.
This parent understands the co-parent relationship is not what it should be and desires a change. They are frustrated with the current dynamics and are likely to be receptive to assistance. They currently have high conflict system.
This parent understands the importance of healthy family dynamics. They have not mastered all of the skills but are effective as co-parents. This is generally a low conflict system.
Parents in this catagory demonstrate and utilize skills that provide healthy supports for the children. These are generally very low conflict systems.
The results of the Scorecard© can provide valuable insight into the family dynamics.

Recommendations will be provided based on the current score. These recommendations can be used in determining if additional services may be beneficial. Professionals with access to the score will find it informative and useful in determining services.

Follow up Scorecards will provide useful information on the effectiveness of services and a basis for measurable outcomes.
