Court Professionals

Connect Solutions is a case management system that provides the Court with instant and immediate access to important information including:  

  • Assignments:  The court, guardian ad litem and or therapist can assign courses, surveys, Scorecard, therapy and other court assigned requirements to the parents.  Completion of assignments is recorded here and compliance with court orders is quickly viewed on the Connect Solutions web portal.

  • Scorecard:  The court, guardian ad litem and/or therapist can assign the Scorecard to the co-parents with ease through the connect portal.  Once the scorecard has been assigned, the co parent will receive an email notifying them of the assignment. The co-parent will be able to access the scorecard through his/her portal.   
  • Scorecard View:  The court has immediate access to the completed SCORECARD and interpretation of results.  The SCORECARD provides valuable insight into the co-parenting skillset.  Using measurable outcomes such as the SCORECARD allows the court, guardian ad litem and the therapist immediate feedback on the effectiveness of services.   
  • Reports and Notes:  Convenient and immediate access to summaries, reports and notes.  Therapists, Guardian Ad Litems and Court Professionals can upload documents, summaries, and reports.  Access to these can be limited to the intended recipients or uploaded for all to view.  
  • Contacts:  All case related parties have access to the Connect Solutions portal making communication between parties simple, quick and easy.
